Terms of Service

Please read all of it carefully before you order a commission.

By commissioning me you automatically agree to all of the terms below.

Please message me right away if you want to discuss about any of the terms.

General

  • I, the artist, reserve the right to post the artwork on any platform I want.

  • I claim the right to the produced drawing.

  • I reserve the right to cancel any commission I do not feel comfortable with

  • You will be treated respectfully, and I expect you to treat me the same way back. If you treat me poorly or violate my T.O.S. I will cancel the commission. 

  • Repetitive violation against my T.O.S. will result in you getting blacklisted. You will be permanently banned from my services.​

  • Detailed commissions can take up to 3 months to . Remember that I have a life besides drawing.

Payment and Refunds

  • All payments are made after the first sketch is approved.

    • I do accept partly payments or payment plans, the finished artwork will not be sent until the full payment has been done.

  • You may cancel a commission at any time.

    • You will get a full refund if the commission has not been started. ​

    • You will get a partial refund if the commission has been started. 

    • You will get no refund if the commission is in the last steps. 

  • In case I cancel the commission, you will get a full refund no matter how far I am.

  • All payments are done through PayPal. You will receive an invoice before the drawing process has started based on your personal payment plan. 

  • Complex designs will be charged extra. You will be notified about it directly after I received your request.

  • Major changes throughout the process will also be charged extra. This contains:

    • Major lineart changes after the sketch has been approved​.

    • Major design and lineart changes after the flat colored drawing has been approved. 

    • Any of the above after the shaded version has been approved. 

Process and Revision

  • You will be notified as soon as I've started.

  • Throughout the process you will get WIP's which are watermarked.

  • You will be able to discuss any changes. Bigger changes are charged extra (see "Payment and Refunds").

  • You will receive a fully digital piece of art.

I will draw

  • most feral characters including Canines, Felines, Equines, Rodents, Bunnies...

  • Mythical Species

  • Natural backgrounds

  • abstract backgrounds

  • gore

  • Characters off description (please be aware that the process can take longer)

I can try to draw

  • Anthro Characters (preferably Chibi)

  • Humans (preferably female characters)

  • Birds

  • Reptiles

​

  • small buildings / houses

I won't draw

  • Robotic character and scenes

  • City scenes

  • NSFW art

  • fetishes

  • discriminating content

  • anything that includes hate speech

Copyright

  • You are allowed to:

    • use the commission for personal use ONLY.​ (this includes prints, copies and any other kind of merchandise)

    • use the artwork as a gift for someone. (All of the T.O.S. apply to them too)

    • use the artwork for personal promotion as long as no earnings are involved. 

    • edit the picture to your favor, as long as the original artwork is still recognizable.

  • You are not allowed to:

    • make money off the artwork.​

    • remove the watermark nor the signature.

    • claim the artwork as your own.
